- full (high nicotine level - equvivalent to regular cigarettes),
- medium (equvivalent to light cigarettes),
- low, and
- nicotine free
So, you can start with high or medium level and than by
time you can switch to low and at last, to nicotine free.
The best thing is that you can use electronic cigarettes on
the public places where the smoking is prohibited! It's weird,
isn't it?

Cigarette is a simple gadget, in fact. There is nothing
more than a battery which impel atomiser to convert liquid
nicotine which is located in the cartridge, to convert into
the vapor. Instead of smoke, you would inhale nicotine vapor.
